Established in 1990, the CMP Build journey began in Central London where we spent the next decade working for a high end property letting agency in Knightsbridge. Overseeing a large number of prestigious residential properties, CMP Build were responsible for all elements of maintenance and building management. CMP Build quickly became known for our reliability, professionalism and extensive knowledge and expertise, leading to a number of private clients entrusting us with their property portfolios. 

 

In the early 2000's, CMP Build was introduced to Salisbury based estate agent and leading regional auctioneer, Woolley and Wallis. This new relationship shifted the company towards commercial properties, focusing on dilapidations, general repairs, as well as full scale project management. Some of our work has included; shop and office refits, general building maintenance, bank demolition strip outs and clearance, and works to listed buildings and the Salisbury Museum within the historical Cathedral Close, Salisbury, Wiltshire.

At present, CMP Build is involved with the ongoing maintenance and refurbishment of a private estate in Stockbridge, Hampshire. Working closely with our preferred surveyors, CMP Build is currently overseeing works to the grade II listed country Manor House, and estate properties.
